Cool-Star 125mm Digital Grow Light

The Cool-Star Digital Grow Light is an excellent light for grow tents and smaller growing applications. Whilst it's not as well sealed as the tubular Cooltube reflector (which is 100% sealed), it's possible to make this reflector air-tight with the high temperature silicon supplied. It does take a bit of messing around, but the Cool-Star has a much better spread of light than the Cooltube, and in our opinion is probably worth the hassle. Takes up to a 600W lamp, you'll need a 125mm low powered fan and 125mm standard ducting to complete the setup. Combined with the low heat Hortipro digital ballast you end up with a highly quality, low heat HID grow light with a great spread of light.

1 x Hortipro Digital Ballast (Note: 600W are currently supplied with an identical ballast but Maxibright branded)
1 x Cool-Star Reflector
1 x Grow lamp

Benefits include lower start up amps, cooler running and extended lamp life. To be on the safe side we still recommend using a lighting controller with these lights, although a single 250W and 400W will work fine on a standard Grasslin timer. Comes with an extended three year no quibble guarantee on the ballast - one year on the reflector and lamp.
