About Grow Tents
Which size?
Pick the tent to fit the space, then the light to fit the tent. 60x60 and 80x80 tents suit one or two plants under a 150 to 300W LED; 100x100 and 120x120 are the most popular sizes, for four plants under a 360 to 720W light; 120x240 and 240x240 take two or four lights. Check the height too: most are 200cm, with shorter 120 to 160cm options for cupboards, and the Budbox Pro Roof range is built for sloping ceilings.
Lite or Pro?
Budbox Lite tents are the value range: a lighter frame, decent fabric and all the ports you need. Budbox Pro tents have a heavier frame that carries big lights and filters and thicker fabric. Secret Jardin's Hydro Shoot is their entry level, Dark Street the mid range and Dark Room the premium tent. AC Infinity Cloudlab tents pair with the Cloudline fans and controllers.
Kits
Grow tent kits take the guesswork out: a tent with a light and extraction sized to match, from 1m x 1m to 2.4m x 2.4m, plus soil and coco pot-and-nutrient bundles for 4, 8 or 16 plants.
