Postage costs to mainland UK addresses are charged at a guaranteed flat rate of £6.95 per order – the other prices listed within this section are guidelines only and may vary depending on the weight and physical dimensions of your order. As a rough guide if your order weighs more than 30 kilos or consists of multiple items that will not fit within one very large box then it will incur extra postage charges, if in doubt please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Mainland UK orders received by 4pm on a weekday will be shipped either the same day or the following day. If this is not possible, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.

Generally you will receive your delivery within 3 days however please allow a maximum of 14 days. If you have an urgent requirement for a product, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your wishes.

In the very unlikely event that your delivery has not arrived within 14 days please call us and we will resolve the problem immediately.

Delivery to a postal address

Deliveries are sent using the Interlink Express courier service. A signature will be required on delivery. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left with details about how to reschedule your delivery.

Delivery to an Interlink depot

Customers paying cash directly into our bank account are able to collect their orders from Interlink Express depots, goods are held for up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
