Damaged or defective items
If your package arrives and the product is damaged or does not function as it should please immediately contact Greens Horticulture on 0117 971 3000 (option 2) or email us and a suitable replacement will immediately be arranged free of charge.
14 day, no-quibble, money-back guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased from Green's Horticulture, we will offer you a replacement or refund. Refunds will be made within the 14 days following the return of the product to the store. For products returned under this 14 day money back guarantee, you will be liable for any postage charges incurred, however if required we can normally arrange for goods to be collected from mainland UK addresses for a fee of around £10.00, we would then deduct this amount from your refund. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return items
- Clearly mark the outside of the parcel with the lettering RETURN
- Please include a note that tells us why you are returning the item(s).
- Include all parts, accessories, packaging, instruction leaflets etc. that were sent with the product
- Ensure that products are in the same condition as when they were delivered i.e. unused and not tampered with
- All promotional offers, e.g. buy one get one free, must be returned in their entirety.
