Delivery

 

Standard delivery to the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands) is charged at a flat rate of £5.95 per order regardless of the size of the order.

All other non-standard UK destinations are charged at the prices shown above for each 30 kilo box; please check the Total Weight line in your shopping cart as you add items to calculate your shipping charge. If more than one box is needed to ship your order (i.e. if the total weight of your order exceeds 30 kg), the system will automatically add the extra delivery charges as required.  

All UK orders received by 4pm on a weekday will be shipped either the same day or the following day. If this is not possible, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.

Generally you will receive your delivery within 3 days however please allow a maximum of 14 days. If you have an urgent requirement for a product, please contact us before placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate your wishes.

Delivery to a Postal Address

 

Deliveries are normally sent using the Interlink Express or Parcelforce courier services, and a signature will be required on delivery. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left with details about how to reschedule your delivery.

Delivery to an Interlink Depot

Customers paying cash directly into our bank account are able to collect their orders from Interlink Express depots, goods are held for up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch then are returned to us. If this happens, we reserve the right to charge again to ship the goods back out to you.

Delivery charges vary depending on where you live, and how heavy your order is. All European orders are charged at the prices shown above for each 30 kilo box; please check the Total Weight line in your shopping cart as you add items to calculate your shipping charge. If more than one box is needed to ship your order (i.e. if the total weight of your order exceeds 30 kg), the system will automatically add the extra delivery charges as required. Certain orders require additional boxes even if they do not exceed 30kg, if your order requires multiple boxes then you will be contacted to confirm the additional charges before your order is despatched.

Orders that pass security checks immediately and are received before 2pm will be shipped either the same day or the following day. If this is not possible, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.

Please note all orders need to be placed on-line – we do not take orders over telephone.

There are currently no other delivery methods available for European orders.
