If your package arrives and the product is damaged or does not function as it should, please immediately contact Green's Horticulture on 0117 971 3000 (option 2) or email us - a suitable replacement will immediately be arranged free of charge.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased from Green's Horticulture, we will offer you a replacement or refund. Refunds will be made within the 14 days following the return of the product(s) to the store. For products returned under this 14 day money back guarantee, you will be liable for any postage charges incurred. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

How to Return Items

How To Return
  1. Please include a note that tells us why you are returning the item(s).
  2. Include all parts, accessories, packaging, instruction leaflets etc. that were sent with the product.
  3. Ensure that products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you i.e. unused and not tampered with.
  4. All promotional offers, e.g. buy one get one free, must be returned in their entirety.
