For use for a 3-week period in the vegetative phase, once your plant has 2 long roots, it contains a unique combination of high NPK, bio-stimulants, and bio-minerals that drives very strong root growth which will in turn allow your plants to flower/fruit to their full potential. Rootbastic contains relatively high NPK levels for a root stimulator, especially phosphorus (P). However, once roots are 2 long, this element becomes the most important - phosphorus ensures the transport and storage of energy and forms an important part of building elements in cells and DNA, crucial to building a healthy and strong root system, which is crucial to crop quality and success. On top of all of this, Rootbastic will help to increase resistance to root disease, and protect against environmental stress, ensuring your plant is strong and healthy to grow maximise its full potential. How to use:
- Use for the first 3 weeks of the vegetative phase - Week 1 - 0.1ml per litre, week 2 - 0.2ml per litre, week 3 - 0.3ml per litre.

Best Practices:
- Shake well before use.
- Use clean measuring instruments--do not put anything into the bottle.
- Monitor EC regularly and adjust accordingly based on crop and growth stage.
- Store closed in original packaging at a temperature between 45° F and 85° F.

Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Orders are currently shipped with Parcelforce (Express 24 service for standard and heavy/bulky items) or DPD Local (Premium next-day), a signature will be required on delivery. We have been shipping orders for over 15 years and our courier choices are subject to change as service levels fluctuate.
All orders are shipped via next-day courier service. You will be informed via email or SMS the evening your order leaves us so you know to expect it the next day. On the morning of delivery, you will get another SMS or email informing you of the expected delivery time.

As the website calculates some charges by weight it is possible that shipping is not calculated correctly. We reserve the right to get in touch in these circumstances we will request the additional amount or offer to refund the order.
UK Delivery
Standard delivery to the UK Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore and N.I.) is charged at a flat rate of just £6.95 per order or £9.95 (for the premium next-day service - this service is weight-based and will increase with volume), standard delivery (with Parcelforce) is free* for orders over £50.
*Large and/or heavy items attract a surcharge from our courier - shipping surcharges are calculated per item and are applied regardless of order value.
Non-UK mainland destinations are charged by weight.
Collect in Store (Bristol)
We now offer a 'collect in store' option, which allows you to pay for goods online and collect from our Bristol store at a time that suits you (within our opening hours).
The process is simple:
- place your order and pay online, select 'Pick Up' at checkout;
- receive an email confirming that the order is ready for collection;
- bring/show your confirmation email and photo ID to collect your order.

In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for undelivered items.
Shipping Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress. However, please note that tracking information may not update consistently while your package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance in your country.

Returns policy
If your package arrives and the product is damaged or does not function as it should, please immediately contact Greens Horticulture on 0117 971 3000 or email us – a suitable replacement will immediately be arranged free of charge.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased from Greens Horticulture, we will offer you a replacement or refund. Refunds will be made within the 14 days following the return of the product(s) to the store, provided the products are in 'as-new', resaleable condition.

Please include a note that tells us why you are returning the item(s).
Include all parts, accessories, packaging, instruction leaflets etc. that were sent with the product.
Ensure that products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you i.e. unused and not tampered with.
