FlashClean from Terra Aquatica is a unique salt clearing solution that can be used during the cultivation of your plants and as a flushing agent prior to harvesting. It is primarily designed for use in all types of hydroponic systems where the build-up of salts from chemical fertilisers can cause blockages and problems with keeping your hydroponics system clean and functioning effectively.
It can also be used in all other growing media (including soil) to help remove unwanted fertiliser residues. FlashClean can be used safely whilst your plants are still growing and will act to maintain the elemental / nutritional balance. It can also be used as a flushing agent before you harvest your plants.
In contrast to many other cleaning products, FlashClean is not an enzyme based cleaning agent and instead uses a completely different technology.
During cultivation FlashClean will:
- Break down and dissolve mineral salts
- Minimise plant stress from a build-up of excess nutrients
- Help prevent nutrient lock-out by breaking chemical bonds
- Nourish and boost microbial life
As a final flush FlashClean will:
- Halt plant maturation several days before harvest and boost sugar production
- Wash away all fertiliser residues when used one to two days before harvest

Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Orders are currently shipped with Parcelforce (Express 24 service for standard and heavy/bulky items) or DPD Local (Premium next-day), a signature will be required on delivery. We have been shipping orders for over 15 years and our courier choices are subject to change as service levels fluctuate.
All orders are shipped via next-day courier service. You will be informed via email or SMS the evening your order leaves us so you know to expect it the next day. On the morning of delivery, you will get another SMS or email informing you of the expected delivery time.

As the website calculates some charges by weight it is possible that shipping is not calculated correctly. We reserve the right to get in touch in these circumstances we will request the additional amount or offer to refund the order.
UK Delivery
Standard delivery to the UK Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore and N.I.) is charged at a flat rate of just £6.95 per order or £9.95 (for the premium next-day service - this service is weight-based and will increase with volume), standard delivery (with Parcelforce) is free* for orders over £50.
*Large and/or heavy items attract a surcharge from our courier - shipping surcharges are calculated per item and are applied regardless of order value.
Non-UK mainland destinations are charged by weight.
Collect in Store (Bristol)
We now offer a 'collect in store' option, which allows you to pay for goods online and collect from our Bristol store at a time that suits you (within our opening hours).
The process is simple:
- place your order and pay online, select 'Pick Up' at checkout;
- receive an email confirming that the order is ready for collection;
- bring/show your confirmation email and photo ID to collect your order.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer shipping to the European Union. However, please be aware of the following policies and conditions:
Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Orders shipped to countries within the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country. These costs vary depending on your location and local regulations. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate or cover these fees on your behalf.
Shipping Times
While we work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, please note that we do not have control over transit times or delays due to customs processing. The total delivery time may vary based on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control. Customs and Import Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods ordered are allowed into their country. We cannot be held responsible for any shipments that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs due to import regulations in the European Union. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for undelivered items.
Shipping Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress. However, please note that tracking information may not update consistently while your package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance in your country.

Returns policy
If your package arrives and the product is damaged or does not function as it should, please immediately contact Greens Horticulture on 0117 971 3000 or email us – a suitable replacement will immediately be arranged free of charge.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased from Greens Horticulture, we will offer you a replacement or refund. Refunds will be made within the 14 days following the return of the product(s) to the store, provided the products are in 'as-new', resaleable condition.
For products returned under this 14-day-money-back guarantee, you will be liable for any postage charges incurred.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return Items
Please include a note that tells us why you are returning the item(s).
Include all parts, accessories, packaging, instruction leaflets etc. that were sent with the product.
Ensure that products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you i.e. unused and not tampered with.
