From organic experts Biobizz and designed to be used alongside their organic range of nutrients and additives, Bio pH- (pH Down) contains citric acid and Bio pH+ (pH Up) contains humic acids, harvested from all natural sources making these ideal for organic growers as well as anyone who prefers not to use aggressive acids to adjust their pH, as is the case with most other pH adjustment products currently available on the market.
Unlike most other pH correction liquids out there, they won't harm any of the beneficial microbial substrate life and is designed to work most effectively in conjunction with the Biobizz organic range of nutrients, but would make a good choice for anyone growing organically, or anyone using soil or coco coir as their plant medium.
How to use Biobizz Bio pH- (Down):
- Mix the necessary Biobizz nutrients and measure the pH. Apply 0.1 ml per litre of nutrient solution of Bio-Down to decrease pH by approximately 0.5 points. Â Stir thoroughly for 10 seconds then measure the pH level again. Keep adding Bio-Down until you reach your optimal pH range - you're now ready to feed your plants.

How to use Biobizz Bio pH+ (Up):
- Mix the necessary Biobizz nutrients and measure the pH. Apply 0.1 ml (per litre of nutrient solution) of Bio-Up to increase pH by approximately 0.1 points. Stir thoroughly for 10 seconds and measure the pH level again. Keep adding Bio-Up until you reach the optimal pH range - you're now ready to feed your plants.

Best Practices:
- Shake well before use.
- Use clean measuring instruments - do not put anything into the bottle.
- Monitor and levels regularly - adjust accordingly based on crop type and growth stage.
- Store closed in it's original packaging at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C.
- Keep out the reach of children and away from food and drinks.

Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Orders are currently shipped with Parcelforce (Express 24 service for standard and heavy/bulky items) or DPD Local (Premium next-day), a signature will be required on delivery. We have been shipping orders for over 15 years and our courier choices are subject to change as service levels fluctuate.
All orders are shipped via next-day courier service. You will be informed via email or SMS the evening your order leaves us so you know to expect it the next day. On the morning of delivery, you will get another SMS or email informing you of the expected delivery time.

As the website calculates some charges by weight it is possible that shipping is not calculated correctly. We reserve the right to get in touch in these circumstances we will request the additional amount or offer to refund the order.
UK Delivery
Standard delivery to the UK Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore and N.I.) is charged at a flat rate of just £6.95 per order or £9.95 (for the premium next-day service - this service is weight-based and will increase with volume), standard delivery (with Parcelforce) is free* for orders over £50.
*Large and/or heavy items attract a surcharge from our courier - shipping surcharges are calculated per item and are applied regardless of order value.
Non-UK mainland destinations are charged by weight.
Collect in Store (Bristol)
We now offer a 'collect in store' option, which allows you to pay for goods online and collect from our Bristol store at a time that suits you (within our opening hours).
The process is simple:
- place your order and pay online, select 'Pick Up' at checkout;
- receive an email confirming that the order is ready for collection;
- bring/show your confirmation email and photo ID to collect your order.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer shipping to the European Union. However, please be aware of the following policies and conditions:

Orders shipped to countries within the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country. These costs vary depending on your location and local regulations. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate or cover these fees on your behalf.
Shipping Times

The total delivery time may vary based on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods ordered are allowed into their country. We cannot be held responsible for any shipments that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs due to import regulations in the European Union. In such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for undelivered items.
Shipping Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress. However, please note that tracking information may not update consistently while your package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance in your country.

Returns policy
If your package arrives and the product is damaged or does not function as it should, please immediately contact Greens Horticulture on 0117 971 3000 or email us – a suitable replacement will immediately be arranged free of charge.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased from Greens Horticulture, we will offer you a replacement or refund. Refunds will be made within the 14 days following the return of the product(s) to the store, provided the products are in 'as-new', resaleable condition.
